What should the Supreme Court do?

 The House of Representatives, Senate, and President passed a bill (law) that stated:

All students must repeat 8th grade again because the pandemic has serious jeopardized learning this school year for the country.     

The Supreme Court can look at a law that is controversial. The 9 supreme court judges should:

A.  Keep the law the same.  (Why)

B.  Get rid of the law.  (Why?)
